One of the things interesting about Cooper's Four Rules is you have to violate multiple rules for someone to get hurt.

RULE 1: ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED -- FAIL
RULE 2: NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY -- FAIL
RULE 3: KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER TIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET -- FAIL
RULE 4: BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET -- FAIL
