Probably.. I wouldn't know how else to explain the varying processing times for people of similar backgrounds. I have even moved quite a bit in the past 5 years because of being in college for most of that, but my background check didn't take very long at all. I'd like to know the rhyme or reason to how long some applications versus others. Mine is already being sent to the printer, and they've only had all my paperwork about 20 days. Does it really just matter whose desk it falls on?
