Spam free NRA membership???
I am told that there is a way to join the NRA without getting all the spam from more sources than I can mention? Can someone please give me the magic formula for that. I am a former member and an active member of TSRA

Re: Show your DIY Ideas and Projects
I have posted this years ago but I still like it; so here it is again. For grips of all of my pistols I use mountain bike tire inner tubes; They are very cheap and you can get 15+ for every 6-7 dollar tube. I use some soap and I can slide them up the grip of my Glock's with very little problem. I tr...

Prescription shooting bifocals
I am looking for a optical lens lab that will make bifocal shooting glasses that have the "reader" portion at the top of the lens. I have a specially configured Rx from my optometrist that has been created with measurements from my eye to front sight of my Glock. Does anyone one know who c...

Re: 'Scuze me while I whip this out.
One of the only times outside work that I disarm is when I volunteer at a post VA hospital with my therapy dog "Flapjack". I keep my Crossbreed Supertuck on my belt and leave the Glock and extra mags in the truck. My pants stay up fine :)

Re: Glock 3.5# Triggers
I have a 3.5lb connector in my G22 Gen4 and I had a spring replaced when it broke by my buddy who is a Glock Amourer. The trigger is smooth, about 3.5 lbs and crisp. On my Gen3 G21 I put the same 3.5lb connector and did a 25cent trigger job. The G21 has a reduced wt pull but is not as crisp as the G...

Re: New Larue Stance
While I approve of the e-mail, when I saw it in the inbox, I was really hoping it was going to be a shipping notification of one of the many backorders I have open with them. And AEA - I think it is a state by state thing right now. Meaning NYPD can only get fixed stocks, 7rd mags etc. Fixed it for...

Re: Small carry gun Shield, LC 9, or a small Sig
Small guns for me are harder to shoot accurately and they hurt when I shoot them. I know that does not answer your question. I just would conceal a bigger gun imo

I called the officer in charge of the program. He respectfully ask me not to carry in the class. Since I respect him, I will abide.
