I was there at DFW gun range when it happened to your gun one time. The way the case looked I assumed that it came from the factory like that. I quit buying WWB a while back because it leaves the gun so dirty. It is very possible that it is an ammo issue. I had never in over 30 years seen a gun do that to a cartridge.
