I wonder why there's a difference. The article clearly does not state '...owners to openly brandish their guns in public.' it states '...owners to openly carry their guns in public.'.
I'm guessing they caught the mistake before press.

I had read the article in the HouChron on Saturday and didn't notice such wording. I retrieved the paper from the recycle bin and those are not the words in the printed article. (I don't think they snuck in and replaced my copy with a corrected issue).
