This is sadly the trend across the country right now, with budget cuts in the coming years I bet this gets worse and worse. All the more reason I carry CHL. I can not count on a fast police response if my life is ever in danger.

For the officer, my heart goes out to her family and fellow officers. As a Police Dispatcher of 8 years, I also want to pray for the dispatcher who sent this officer to the call. All to often dispatchers are not thought of during these calls.
