Any building the GSA owns or leases is a Federal Building. Since she is a Rep, she is given an allowance (by the taxpayers) through GSA.

As stated prior in this thread, the whole building is not posted 30.06/30.07. Someone (shockingly enough
) in her office is just ignorant of what the law is and has posted the wrong signage. Remember kids, ignorance of the law is no excuse, unless you are a part of the folks who make or enforce it.
