While I'm OK with him running for president, I think it's too soon and will not succeed.
But in the meantime, we sent him to DC to do a job.

If he were my employee, he would be gone by now. I have fired more than one employee that I really liked, because they were not doing the job. Especially if he was out looking for his next job instead of doing the one I pay him for now.

Looks like Ted is back to voting. He and Cornyn voted on a couple dozen resolutions, amendments and even a bill or two.
Amazingly, he and Cornyn voted alike on all but two issues. I think that's a first! One has to wonder, is he working with Cornyn now because he needs his support in the presidential bid?

Almost all the results for Cruz say "Not voting"

As much as I like Ted, I do have a bit of a problem with a representative not doing the job we sent them to do, in order to work at getting the next job. I know if I had taken off work to apply for another job, my boss would not have paid me, and probably would have fired me.

Right now, I think the best ticket is a Walker-Cruz team. Walker has the executive creds, and Cruz is the attack dog.
Sort of like Obama & Biden..... No, wait

If he doesn't get the nomination, I sure hope he gets picked for AG. He is perfect for that role.

Not surprising. I don't think he can win, but he's got my vote.

I get a daily email telling me how my reps voted. I see the following regularly:

Sen. Cornyn [R-TX]: Yea

Sen. Cruz [R-TX]: Not Voting

Anyone know why this is?
Is he absent because he is running around the country gauging interest for a presidential bid?
