That's what I was thinking. My mother would have told the clerk that he was not to touch any of it, and we would be picking them ALL back up, AFTER she tore a few layers of hide off my hind side.paulhailes wrote:And he didn't kick yall out?Monker10 wrote:I had a pretty funny situation similar to this happen to me. I was about 13-14 years old and was with my family at blockbuster. I was checking out the movies and a friend of mine comes in the store and sees me but I didn't see him. He thought it would be funny to sneak up on me from behind so be comes up on me and outs me in a bear hug. I have no idea who it was so I begin thrashing around trying to toss him off and we bump into one of the long movie racks. From then on it was like slow motion. He let's go and I turn around and see it's my friend and at the same time we both look over to see the rack balancing on it's side and then fall back into place with such force that all the movies fall off the rack on both sides like dominos. There was hundreds of movies scattered all over the floor. We felt bad and started to pick them up. But the store clerk was frustrated and just told us he would do it. Man the crazy stuff that happened when we are kids.

Re: Almost
I always just turn to see who it is, and react based on who I see. So far, it has always been someone I know. Pity the fool who doesnt know me and tries that.AJ80 wrote:I guess I've been conditioned over the years to immediately assume that when grabbed from behind that it is someone playing a joke on me. Probably because I've never been attacked and the only times I've ever been grabbed from behind, it has been a joke. It never even causes an adrenaline rush. Maybe one day that will change and hopefully not to my detriment.
