I would think this would suffice. Once you are registered online at the NRA site you are good
to teach and can order materials. The instructors site is I am told updted every 24 with any changes.
To your question as posed I cannot say. It took me 105 days. I still have not received my card for some
of the other classes. The credentials group are really snowed right now.
