My daily carry is a CZ75B. It has lots of rounds through it and still prints better than I can hold. It is very reliable and sturdy.

It gets good reviews for a number of reasons. One is that, compared to pistols of similar quality, capacity, and function, they used to be inexpensive. Not sure if that is still true these days.

Another is that they are "old school" in the sense of the company being around for many years.

Col Copper reportedly wrote that he thought well of the design. That meant something to people who think the 1911 is the perfect pistol.

The regular CZ75 is all steel - there are polymer CZs now, but they used to be all steel - and that meant a lot to people into traditional materials.

If I could find a pistol that did what my CZ75 does, better than the CZ does it, I'd buy one.

I'm sure there are better pistols out there, but this one just works for me.
