In most places that are socialist the local leadership understands that Marxism is pure propaganda. They talk about "sharing the weath" but it's all a con-game. The simple truth is that Marxism is simply an ideology that provides an excuse for illegitimate power. That is why Marxism is so popular with elites around the word. It's simply a con-game where a few benefit from the many.
