While I am not here to tell anyone to carry their gun with a round chambered or not...

This guy is drawing a gun with an empty chamber, racking, and shooting Israeli style. Didn't take long did it? In fact I imagine he put several rounds on target quicker than most shooters.

The down side of carrying with a round in the chamber is that you need serviceable gear and to know what you are doing. Otherwise this can happen:
