There is a thought that the 600 dollar tracking is related to future capital controls like what happened in Greece before their financial troubles and "austerity". Its not just going after the poor and middle class instead of Soros, Bezos, and Other Famous Billionaires who are avoiding Paying Taxes, which would be bad enough.
