Confused

I understand that I can be fired for violating company policy if I have been given verbal notice to not carry on company property.

Example: I am hired on the 1st of the month and verbally told I can't carry a firearm on company property. On the 15th of the month I carry on company property and my boss sees it. He wants to call LE and have me arrested along with being fired.

Since the verbal notice carries the same weight as a proper 30.06 sign, I would also be trespassing. Yes or No.

If yes, then arrest is also a possible outcome, along with being fired.

Is my thinking all screwed up here?
