She was well w/in her rights.
I thought I heard CNN say she pointed it the danish reporter. Thinking back I believe I could easily be mistaken. If she didn't actually point it at someone, she was carrying in such a manor to cause alarm.. She and her property wasn't threatened, by brandishing her gun she was giving escalation an opportunity. I would hope that most of us CHL holders don't go flashing our guns just because someone steps into our yard. It seems like an over reaction to me.

Re: Gun incident at Bush's ranch in Crawford

Just a little perspective though I haoppen to have caught that on the news because CNN is the only English speaking news I can get while I´m here. But this is CNN an I´m very surprised at the reaction I read hee. some seem surprised that the viewers and CNN would take such a spin. This is the way they and their viewers have seen the world for years. Their Eurocentric perspective shouldn´t surprise anyone.

I do wonder about the poor judgement the lady displayed in bringing out her gun for a simple tresspass. As far as I´m concerened she should be charged. You just don´t go hauling your gun around and pointing it at people. There is a time for gun play.. ans a time for calling the police. There was no good reason for pullinig out a gun. As far as he feeiling threatened .. it is pretty clear they were reporters doing a simple tresspass.
