They stop fair haired gringos, too. Take my wife. Please!! (Just kidding). She was born in Bellaire, is a natural blond with fair skin, and has known all along to not speed, run red lights or stop signs there. We have even told visitors to bypass Bellaire if possible when coming to our house, which is 1/2 mile from Bellaire.
