I watched that not believing that the officer was talking to this hinky guy who was acting suspiciously, letting him keep his hands in his pockets. The action is in the last few seconds of the video and doesn't include the actual shot fired, but it gives a non-LEO like me an idea of how fast something seemingly mundane can go wrong. I'd like for Sen. Nasheed to review this video and explain exactly where the warning should be given.
