I wear jeans or khakis to work, sometimes slacks. I usually carry OWB with a wicking black undershirt topped with an untucked polo shirt, or sometimes a Hawaiian shirt. When I carry OWB I normally carry a full size Glock, CZ, or N frame 8 shot .357. When I can't carry untucked I carry a snubbie, XDS, or Sig P938 in a pocket holster. I don't really like that much weight in my pocket but I've never had a problem with concealment. I've also tried the snubbie and P938 in an ankle holster, usually when I have to go to meetings outside my normal workplace, and that works fine as well, though obviously the weapon is not as easily accessible. I have also carried in the inside pocket of a sports coat when I'm going to a meeting where I might need to take my jacket off and hang it behind me on my chair. When it's not practical to belt carry a spare mag or speed loader I use an ankle carrier.
