No restaurant can force you to leave you gun in your car. That's a CHOICE you make when you decide to patronize a business that doesn't respect your rights. I get it when people have to work some place that doesn't recognize their rights, but no one has to eat at the Olive Garden or any other particular restaurant. A choice to patronize a business like this isn't just about giving money to our enemies, it also a choice to put your family at risk should a nut job show up and start shooting people. The chances are small but I'd sure regret leaving my gun in my car to have it stolen and used in a crime, and I'd really regret being caught in a situation where I couldn't defend myself of my family.ATDM wrote: I don't know about y'all, but I absolutely loathe leaving my gun in the car and go out of my way to avoid situations, in which I am forced to do so.
