Only the GGs are going to be denied and that is the intent of the checks. The only fair system for taking away a right like this is adjudication with the respective government agency picking up the tab for all legal fees of the defense if the court rules in favor of the defendant.TexasGal wrote:That is our future if the "compromise" background check bill is passed.
