That's good, because you're not loved by the government. You're not still somewhat free because our rulers are men of principle but because of the calculus of the opportunists and their determination of what they can get away with.

The obvious comparison is that they're both southern port cities and entry points for various kinds of smuggling; and given the time of year, both have accommodating weather. Are they conditioning drills? Yes, whether or not it is intentional. Beyond that, could there be legitimate non-threatening reasons for these drills? Yes. I think the problem is that we have less and less reason to trust that they're legitimate and non-threatening. In other words, there are legitimate reasons to question the intent of these drills given the lawless administration now in office, what they've been caught doing on the sly, what they're attempting to do right out in the open, and the constant and strident calls from the left to imprison and kill all of us that oppose their political ideology.
