I hate it when I do that. I meant to say 40%, as in that 19 is close to 20 which is 20% of 100, so halve the 100 means double the 20... and I went too fast and left out a step.

I know what you mean. I can proofread, reread, and then read it again. Somehow as soon as I publish/send/submit I notice just one more error.
