Why would anyone enroll their child in such a school?
Even in kindergarten, we used to get in trouble for playing "too rough" with the girls.
This nation sickens me.

Re: If I owned a retail store...
...I wouldn't want a bunch of open carry mall ninjas making a scene in there. Maybe I am in the minority of this but it seems like it would be bad for business. As a pro 2A person, I wouldn't go to an open carry rally, because, I'm always very aware when around armed strangers...and frankly all tha...

Re: 107-year-old man killed in police shootout in Arkansas
I have to wonder if it had to end this way... He was locked in a room alone. They had to shoot him to protect him from shooting himself? He was 107. I doubt he was going to make a break for it and out run them. I understand returning fire was legal. But just like I tell my students, what's legal is...

Re: Syria - hype or war?
No doubt that excellent planning on the part of our outstanding senior military leaders and elected politicians will develop a fool proof plan to "solve" the Syrian issue the same way they did Viet Nam, Gulf war I, Gulf war II, Libya, and the Afghanistan invasion.

And with that, gentlemen and ladies, I honestly believe that there is no hope for a peaceful resolution to this situation.
They want to turn YOU into a felon and imprison you, for firearm possession.
That is not acceptable.
That is not the American way.

Re: What is a "reasonable person" in layman's terms?
The whole "reasonable person" concept is great when you have a single culture. Toss in the glory and pretense of "diversity", and "reasonable" becomes meaningless. Is it "reasonable" to believe that an overweight person would examine and control their diet and...

The U.N. can get bent as far as I'm concerned.
Whether firearms, marriage, "drugs", whatever, I respect the citizens of each state that vote on these subjects as opposed to the clowns running the circus known as the "U.N.".

Yet another reason not to enroll a kid in our "public indoctrination" system.
Home school or private is the only choice these days IMO.

Okay, I have to admit..... I have never, ever watched a full episode but I think I'm going to change. My 11 y/o son loves the show and I caught a glimpse. It was the episode where some lady caught a Zombie, chopped each arm off and then placed his mouth/teeth on a big rock. STOMP and teeth went a f...

Re: OIS today in Austin - bloggers already at it
Was the man who was shot the same man who called about being attacked by a pit bull dog in his back yard? And he was how old, 72? And the gun was in his waistband (maybe IWB holster)? So, please let me ask what the officer had to be afraid of and why would he want to disarm the man in his own front...

Re: Obama inc. tried to hack my bank account.....
I had the same thing happen a couple of months ago, only it was some outfit in France. Stuff like this happens all the time, and in all fairness, while the moral cripple in Chicago is almost certainly an Obama voter, it equally certainly had nothing to do with the administration. While I agree that...
