We've had several LEOs on this board tell us that is not correct. When they run the plate, no CHL data shows up. Being pulled over out of state (OK, KS, AR, LA and MO) many times they always gave me my CHL back right away, walked of with my DL and insurance paper to check me out. I was not asked once if I carry while I was out of state.
