They had a blurb about that on the news this morning.

The Dallas Constable's office has a "no pursuit" policy. Apparently, his car didn't even have lights, siren.

I'm not saying I agree with the policy or the deputy constable's inaction, just that those are the rules. Seems like chicken poop to me.
