When I submitted my renewal, I had to re-scan one of my documents to reduce the file size. Once I did that, it went right through.sjfcontrol wrote:Well, I would suggest you scan them in monochrome, and at reduced resolution. So the file sizes are minimized. No guaranties, but it might help.

Makes no difference. I took the class back in October, but didn't do the online application until the end of May.
