That's right. Last year, I got my notice in February for an August expiration.

When I submitted my renewal, I had to re-scan one of my documents to reduce the file size. Once I did that, it went right through.

Makes no difference. I took the class back in October, but didn't do the online application until the end of May. DPS received my packet May 27th and I got my plastic on July 6th - exactly 40 days.
