have you thought about waiting till next month when they announce the new version of the iphone and picking up the iphone4 and putting it on the 15 dollar data plan? I know you were not to interested in a data plan, but to get a decent phone with a good camera you almost have to have one, and the phone at that time would be in your price range


the only other thing I will say is, stay away from the low budget android phones

looking for a phone with out data service, is going to really narrow your search, it eliminates iphones, and blackberry, and probably most of the android/ windows phone 7 phones also.
