If you are struggling to come up with the answer, it goes to show how the government is attacking liberties on multiple fronts. This quote could have easily came from any of these groups. The sad thing is, many of these groups will fight for their liberties to be preserved while actively campaigning to infringe on other's liberty that are from "the other" camp.
