Before the passage of the affordable care act <puke>, we had the best unsurance plan I have ever seen. One of my coworkers went through brain cancer treatments with a total out of pocket expense of $30. The company had to drop that plan after the passage of Obamacare because it's a cadillac plan. Now the best plan that we can get is a 90/10 plan with a higher premium than our previous plan. The company is working hard to keep the 90/10 plan from falling into the cadillac category. If/when that happens, we will only have an 80/20 plan with no other alternatives. So mutch for "If you like it you can keep it"
