Seriously, as far as "practice" goes I don't. I shoot competition and the only other reason to go to the range is for my CHL classes or to test ammo and guns.
I'm similar. I shoot 1-2 IDPA matches a week.

Since I got into IDPA, going to the range and firing from the line just doesn't appeal to me any more. Plus, range trips involving slow fire cut into my IDPA ammo budget. :fire
