Yes, it will be posted.cbr600 wrote:Do they post anti-CHL in Conroe? That's one heck of a drive if I can't go in.Mike1951 wrote:There are some changes going on with promoters plus I think this is always a slack period.
High Caliber, which did not previously hold shows in Conroe, has a show there March 26-27th and again April 30-May 1.

Re: No Gun Shows in Houston
Looks like Conroe is the closest until May.

In the late 90s I used to volunteer for the Stevens and Pruett Ranch, running the Gun Show promotions.
30 plus shows a year between Houston and Pasadena.
Todd Bean from High Calibre and Todd Bieter from Saxet are both great guys,
but I don't agree with 30.06 postings for CHL trespass.
Do you seriously think that all the vendors are leaving the show with thousands of dollars
and their remaining stock without a means to thwart an attack?
I can understand the reason they have the no loaded guns policy, but if I can carry in the
State Capitol then I believe we should not be disarmed.
I'm also saying that if you believe that there are no loaded guns at a show, you are mistaken.
I never carried (Received my CHL just last year) but I have personal knowledge of vendors who regularly did.
I refuse to be disarmed, so my money is not spent there anymore.
