Google "botach bbb" and you'll get the idea pretty quickly. It may actually bring up a higher percentage of non-10-year-old-daughter-safe sites than "quentin tarantino movie quotes." I don't know of any other online reseller that gets that much negative feedback without either working hard to change it or closing down.
