Really? I have lost track of the number of times I've been on the line, ready to shoot on command, when someone jumps the gun and, hearing the shot, several other shooters also fire early. If that can happen in the controlled environment of a square range, it's not difficult for me to imagine something similar happening on the street, where things are chaotic and you're not facing an inanimate piece of paper.
