POSITION SUMMARY
The Product Technician is responsible for providing support to internal and external customers via the telephone and email. The position is also responsible for writing website product descriptions, posting website product photographs, ensuring product description accuracy, maintaining proper product classification and any other duties or products assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Accurately answer product questions from internal and external customer calls
• Accurately answer customer questions regarding products via email
• Identify and research product features and specifications
• Write and format product descriptions for web use
• Format and edit product pictures for web use
• Review and edit product descriptions and pictures for content and accuracy

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive firearms experience including guns, ammo and accessories.
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 40 wpm
• Working knowledge of MS Office, MS IE, MS Outlook, basic HTML
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Work a full-time schedule including weekends and some holidays.
• Agree to submit and pass criminal background and drug test.
