That's a ridiculous argument that would never hold up in court. It would be like saying you're not harming a carpenter by banning the use of air compressors due to the noise the make. They can still use a hammer, right? Yeah, and the gun owner can use a knife, or mace, or pepper spray, etc., etc. Besides, aren't there already laws on the books stating that ammo is a firearm?

So CA will turn millions of law abiding citizens into felons overnight? I smell a lawsuit coming.
