They probably understand it better than at least me. The Iran Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty appears to be passed with the Democrats just by blocking the vote? I sure don't understand how this works out. I thought I used to when I was in class concerning the ways things worked in our Government. I guess when the Republicans just don't even try to defeat the Great One's agenda, then it is the same as acquiescing. So, I don't believe that anything cannot pass or at least be let to stand as is? Sure disappointed and now surely not trusting in my Government. A Treaty must be confirmed by 2/3rds of the Senate. The Senate isn't going to confirm a treaty like that. I'm not sure the 2d Amendment doesn't override even a Treaty. At least it is not overridden by a Treaty.
