If you confront the NAACP during one of their actions and you are not one of their constituents, you better be prepared to be assaulted and possibly even arrested. If the police would have arrested these individuals, then it would have become a civil rights issue of making the polling place a hostile voting environment for minority voters. Then here comes Holder/Clinton et al during an election year, probably making their case for those UN monitors. The NAACP doesn't do things lightly and without a reason or a expected end result.
