The posts above are correct it should only take a day or two to manufacture.

Also, you won't be able to pick it up in person, as they only mail them.

The new Online Application, released May 1st, allows you to use the electronic affidavits which utilize e-Notarizaton. With the new Online Application process, there is a Checklist that you print at the end. You are supposed to mail your attachments (i.e. CHL 100, or any other documents) in with that. And the earlier post is correct, the new online affidavits are electronic, so no need to send in paper ones with Onl...

Speedaedeesi, it's not too much hassle to apply as Active Military, even after you get out. DPS allows you up to 365 days after your discharged to qualify for that condition.
