With the new Online Application process, there is a Checklist that you print at the end. You are supposed to mail your attachments (i.e. CHL 100, or any other documents) in with that. Speedaedeesi, it's not too much hassle to apply as Active Military, even after you get out. DPS allows you up to 365 days after your discharged to qualify for that condition. You can just use your DD-214 showing Honorable discharge, dated within 365 and you get a FREE CHL. Don't forget that you can ...
