It is about time you got some good news, your's must of fell off into a crack somewhere and they finally found it. I think that they have pat answers for each situation. I got the same response when I called, but I got my plastic about 4 days after it went to mailed status. If she said it is mailed, it is on it's way, but of course they send it the slowest way possible. You're almost there.
