This are people who never grew up beyond a teen-aged mentality. They are as invincible as teen-agers often think they are. I actually think that the women of this group are worse in their teen-age level thinking. Virtue signalling is the ultimate form of political correctness. It is more virtuous to die at the hands of an armed robber than to , as the woman put it to me, "act like a Neanderthal with a gun." I've posed the question about protecting their children to more than one of them. At least verbally, their self-righteousness trumps their material instincts.
