Sounds like the toll road authority needs to be beaten down a bit.
That is perhaps the mild understatement of the year. They act as though they are accountable to no one, down to the lowest level person that I have ever dealt with. They never make mistakes and are as aggressive in collections as the Federal IRS. And our Texas Legislators keep giving them more and more power over us by expanding the number of road that they can control.
