I had exactly the same response initially. I made a point of getting her to watch the robbery videos from the Wal-Mart parking lots. Additionally, we've had a couple of really hairy situations while we were traveling and now the blue moon question is "are you packin'?". She knows the answer (yes) but just wants some reassurance. I carry using different holsters and they are in physically different places so when she knows where to look and still can't tell for sure, I'm satisfied my concealment is passing muster.
