I think UN day should be celebrated in downtown Tehran. Let's have the UN leadership all wear their blue helmuts.
Maybe we can get a drone overhead to preserve the "memories."

I cannot imagine many States going along with a UN appreciation day. In the news today, part of the UN is warning about a Romney election because of their concern about the return of the US to the use of water boarding techniques.
I suspect that, across the country, the one group with a lower approval rating than our Congress is the UN.
