If for no other reason, keeping additional Sotomayor and Kagen types off the bench and away from invalidating the 2nd amendment is worthy of a vote that insures President Obama only serves one term. The next President is likely to make at least two Supreme Court appointments.The saying that those who don't learn from history are condemned to repeat it was never more true. The Alamo hopefully taught us that a few patriots, hanging out there by themselves, do not get the job done. It takes a lot of people actively working to stop tyranny. I believe that is exactly what we will have if we don't stop it at the ballot box.
