You mean just like the other 99.9% of IL residents? That is the wonderful thing about places like IL and D.C. - they really don't change your rights after you commit crimes. The suspects were arrested in a different town from where the restaurant is located (that area is a patchwork of small towns). It could be the police just charged them with enough to get some serious bail. The DA can develop more charges later.
I agree about the fake IDs, if that was the case. Fake IDs are a serious issue related to illegal immigration, identity theft, and terrorism.

It would be interesting to see what these three finally are charged with. My guess it will end up with most of the charges dropped and some sort of deferred adjudication. They are obviously too young to have consequences for their actions.
