I watched this segment last night. For me, the woman who will lead the board is one of the scariest things that I've seen. She is an unabashed Democratic operative. Her book provides terrifying insight into how anti-free speech she is. This who matter is like putting large billboards all across the country saying "we are turning the United States into a physical implementation of 1984 - just try and stop us."

The part that I really cannot fathom is how many Republicans and even some Democrats who haven't come unhinged over this in public. Clearly, the Truth Czar concept is targeting the mid-terms. Do the Republicans really want to fight the power of the government? Do all of the Democrats have so little backbone that they are willing to let his happen? It has been proven, time and again, that this kind of an approach will turn back on itself and consume some of its most ardent supporters. It is like trying to control an EF3 tornado - it is not going to happen.
