I've reached the conclusion that it is exactly the purpose that no one can figure it out. It is like playing a game with a child. The child makes up the rules as they go along because they don't know any better. The race baiters make up the rules as they go along to make sure that you and I never have a firm platform from which to oppose them. There is no better example for me than Tawana Brawley. It was a total fabrication and yet it launched Al Sharpton's career of intimidation and extortion.
