I have not been carrying that long but I am 6' 8" and what you might call a very robust fellow this is a very serious concern for me. I started with a Comp-Tac Gladiator OWB holster thinking being shaped like a pear with no rear end to hold up my pants I could never wear IWB holsters. I decided to buy a MTAC and have been wearing it for 2 weeks and have to say it is suprisingly comfortable. It does take alittle extra work to get on but once on place I am good to go with no worries. As the last poster stated a good gunbelt makes all the difference.
