I NEVER open the door for ANYONE, NEVER.

I don't stand behind the door either. I do one of two things: 1) I either say nothing and let them leave or 2) if they are insisting type I just yell thorugh the wall that I don't want anything they are offering and that they should leave. If they start giving they the sales pitch I will repeat very energetically that they "Need leave NOW".

After that I don't say a thing. They will leave.

Again my basic unbending rule is: DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR FOR ANYONE

Works every time, never had "incidents"
